The decorations in the hotel were absolutely charming, with a cozy and nostalgic feel that reminded me of my childhood home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely ambience, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the company of other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy access to all the amenities and activities. It made it so much more enjoyable for me to navigate and enjoy my vacation.
I would have loved to see more activities or programs specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized outings or events that catered to our interests and needs.

Staff was helpful, and facilities were quite comfortable here. Location close enough to Sarasota and the beach and all the conveniences.

Location: the hotel was close to the pub and beach and a shopping plaza with a Publix for groceries. There was café Thomas German Bakery, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

Loved the location, proximity to attractions. Enough space to sleep 6. Great water pressure and amenities. Hassle-free check-in and check-out.
Not one thing.

Great location close to the beach and pet-friendly, saving us money on boarding our dogs. Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach.
Stairs were warped and need replacing. Table outside only had 4 seats instead of the advertised 6, and it would be nice if it had an umbrella for shade.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tiny House Siesta Villa. the exterior of the cute tiny houses was clean and charming. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and with easy access to restaurants and shops. Check, in and check, out were hassle, free, and we appreciated that they were pet, friendly. Although there was a small discrepancy with the pet fee, we still loved the concept of the tiny houses as lodging. we would rate our stay as a B+ and it would have been higher if the wifi had been better. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

The tiny house was cozy and comfortable, and it had a fully equipped kitchen and a nice private courtyard. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was great to be able to park right in front of the house.
The cleanliness of the mattress was a major issue. It had a strong odor of urine, even after they tried to address it.

The tiny house had great amenities including a microwave, mini fridge, grill, and mini stove. It was convenient to have everything we needed for cooking and meal prep. the location was perfect for a beach vacation, just a short ride away from the beautiful shoreline. the souvenir cups provided were a nice touch and made us feel welcomed.
The cleanliness of the tiny house was not up to par. There were mold issues on the curtains and shower curtain, which was not only unsightly but also triggered allergies for some of our group.

Had a great Xmas getaway! Loved the electronic access, no keys to worry about. The quirky wooden house was cozy and a nice change from the usual hotel rooms. The decorations were really cute. Great location, close to everything and easy to get around. Also, the beds were super comfy and we had a lot of privacy with the fencing between properties.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and woke us up at night.
